ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed daily, Monday to Saturday. On Saturdays are processed on the same day while orders received after these times are processed on the next business day. If your order was placed after 10:00 am on a Saturday, or on a Sunday or holiday, such order will be processed on the next business day.

Product availability

Products sold by Coco Accessories Online Shopping Store are ideally available for courier pickup and consolidation within 24 hours after the order has been processed and approved. If your order is not available within 24 hours or is out-of-stock, Coco Accessories Online Shopping Store will notify you by email if and when the item will be available or is out-of-stock as the case may be. If your order is approved, you will be notified by email at the email address you provided when you registered as a member or when you purchased at Coco Accessories Online Shopping Store. If you wish to inquire about the status of your order, please contact us via our Contact Form.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Coco Accessories Online Shopping Store ships ordered goods through DHL or Philippine Postal Service. DHL or Philippine Postal Service reserve the right to refuse to ship items that are restricted from carriage by air transport regulations or the regulations of its air carrier partners. The terms specified under DHL or Philippine Postal Service Conditions of Contract apply on packages shipped through them, respectively. Orders are normally dispatched on the next business day following the day they were processed. For orders to be delivered to a Philippine destination, please allow up to two to three days from process date for delivery. For international orders, standard delivery schedules of DHL or Philippine Postal Service apply. Coco Accessories Online Shopping Store does not assume responsibility for and shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, incidental, special or consequential, arising from the handling and delivery of ordered goods by DHL nor Philippine Postal Service or its special courier. For orders to be shipped to international destinations, DHL nor Philippine Postal Service standard international rates and corresponding terms and conditions shall apply. Products requiring special handling Coco Accessories Online Shopping Store may charge an additional cost for crating and special handling. We shall notify the customer by e-mail should any additional charges arise prior to shipping the items.
